Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to the Greater Sydney Metropolitan area (postcodes 2000-2234). Stay tuned for additional locations.

How much is delivery?
Delivery is $10 for all orders under $99. Free delivery for all orders above $100.

When do you deliver?
Orders received by Thursday 11:59pm will be delivered Tue-Fri the following week. We will be in touch to confirm delivery times by Monday 11:59pm.

How will the products be delivered?
Smoked Gainz chicken will be delivered on the agreed upon date, in a recyclable cardboard box and recyclable thermal liner to keep the chicken frozen up to 24 hours.

Do I have to be home for delivery?
No - our driver will leave the delivery at the front door if you are not home. If you have any special delivery instructions please add them to the "Additional Info" section when placing your order.

Smoked Gainz chicken is delivered frozen in a sealed recyclable insulated box packed with gel ice packs, which keep the products frozen and able to be left in a shaded area for up to 12 hours depending on weather conditions.

If you live in a secured apartment complex, please try to ensure you are home to receive your delivery. If no one is home to take delivery the driver will have to leave your order at the entrance to the building.

How long does the chicken breast last?
Smoked Gainz chicken breast is delivered frozen ensure we are supplying the best possible product and freshness.
When frozen it will keep up to 3 months in the freezer. If defrosted in fridge please consume within 3 days of defrosting and within 1 day if package is open.

How do I heat up the product?
The best heating method to maintain tenderness is via sous vide.
If frozen:

1. Bring a pot of water to boil
2. Turn off heat
3. Place whole upopened bag in hot water for 15-17 minutes
4. Cut open bag and serve

If defrosted, follow steps 1-4 and heat for only 5-7 minutes

Can I microwave the product?

Yes, however we recommend reheating via the sous vide method to maintain tenderness. For microwave, please ensure the chicken is removed from the bag.

Are your meals Dairy/Gluten/Nut/Crustacean Free?

As the products are prepared in bulk within a commercial kitchen, Smoked Gainz cannot guarantee meals are free from any particular allergen.

Is the plastic BPA-free?
The plastic used for the vacuum seal are BPA-free.
